Back to work tomorrow. *sigh*. Sometimes I wonder as to why I wanted this, in that I have worked for most of this holiday writing schemes of work, marking essays, sorting files and yet there's still so much I haven't got done. It's come to a point where I'm having thoughts of "If only I didn't go away to amecon, I could have got the Media scheme of work ready" and so on. It's totally winding me up.

I'm fully aware this is vintage me but I don't want to start the new term with a catastrophic headache but I'm sadly getting them quite reguarly now.

Although I have had some job satisfaction in a few of my Year 11s emailed me to thank me for pushing them in their work, which I was pleased by.

Now if someone will tell the new Year 11s that effort will actually get you places I would be most grateful. Despite two computer room lessons, two hour long homeworks and the summer holidays devoted to it I was emailed precisely one page of text  (reschpieling the one mind map plan we did) from a predicted-A-grade student with no quotes (we spent three lessons on gathering quotes) and the following paragraphs starter "Having extensively read the book and carefully sleected parts, I can confirm ...." My heart drops.

Also a direct plea to everyone out there, if you know any films or tv programmes where you remember them for the following reasons PLEASE PLEASE COMMENT:

Lighting
Music and Sound (Sound effects, jingles, sound tracks)
Colours
Camerawork and Cinematography (a big one)
Editing (Flashback, montage, flashbacks/forwards, mixing different kinds of footage)
Settings and Sets

Please write them down in comment form and for which reason for recommendation ALL SUGGESTIONS WELCOME AND NEEDED
