I has knives. Pretty, sharp, oriental kniffees with little divots in the blades to stop it sticking. I heart knives. K-chan is scared of knives.

These four days of school bracketed in the Easter Weekend and the two week spring break is mking the kiddies loopy. Year 8 were already on a warning to begin with and they shredded it.

Have also an inordinate amount of work to do for kids who are internally suspended. This involves writing out all new lesson plans for these gitty little sh*tes who got kicked out in the first place.

Watching the "Grumpy Guide to Teenagers" and nodding ... oh dear. I is down with the kidz ... I informed one today "My boy, you have been royally pwned" after him trying to bullshit that the Family Guy was a form of language semantics because it is unchanging. I got pedentic and pointed out that it did and named the episodes one aftter the other.

However did have a total ROCKING time at the Royal Albert Hall watching the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra do Classic Rock. It was so good, we had excellent seats and the best sound, I have never been to the RAH before but it was really good and worthwhile. Even if half the tube stations nearby were locked up and we had to walk to Notting Hill Gate (note to self never go shopping in Kensington ... felt like I was going into my overdraft just being there).

Have also discovered the "joy" of having landlady come to visit for a week (as I am a lodger and we have an attic room which she stays in). She's a very nice lady and we get on well but the result is one full flat and a slightly crabby Chibi as lady repaints the bathroom making it stink of paint (it still does) and switches off the telewest box which takes 15 minutes to bribe it back on. I have started to really want my own space where if I want to leave the bathroom is a state for a couple of days I can and no one moves my cheese. I keep my cheese in the door of the fridge so I know I always have cheese, so if you move it, I buys more cheese and a result is that I have cheese explosion and no idea where my spare water bottles are.

Knowing that a good portion of people who read this journal are my age, do you want your own houses now? It's becoming a craving for me. As much as I know I cannot afford a shoebox in Cam at the moment I just want a place of my own that I can decorate and put my own things on the walls and if the sofa is crap I can change it.
